How crypto gift cards work, what to send on which network, why regions matter, how the wallet, KYC and bank withdrawals fit together — with pictures and flow charts. Every answer reflects the live system.
A crypto gift card is a normal digital gift card — the same code the brand issues for Steam, Amazon, PlayStation or Uber — that you pay for with cryptocurrency instead of a bank card. What changes is the payment rail, not the card.
GiftPayZo sits in the middle: it takes your crypto, confirms it on-chain, and hands you the code.
Anyone holding crypto who wants to spend it at ordinary merchants without selling on an exchange first — and anyone with an unused gift card who wants its value back as wallet balance or a bank transfer. GiftPayZo serves customers worldwide; every card page states the region it is issued for.
Checkout accepts 25+ coin and network options through Coinavex, our own secure checkout, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, USDT and USDC on several chains, BNB, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash and Tron. Each asset has its own hub with network notes.
The asset matters less than the network. Stablecoins on Tron, Solana or Base confirm in seconds and cost cents — the best route for small orders. Bitcoin on mainnet waits for a block (roughly 10–20 minutes) and its fee floats with congestion. Ethereum mainnet gas can exceed the price of a small card; use an L2 or a stablecoin instead.
Never mix networks: USDT-TRC20 and USDT-ERC20 are different tokens on different chains. Pick the network first, then copy the address.
Three states, in order: detected (the transaction is visible), paid (the required confirmations arrived), delivered (the code is attached to your order). The order page moves through them on its own — no refresh, no ticket needed. You get an e-mail at each step.
Pending: the network has not confirmed yet; nothing is lost, the order waits. Underpaid: the order stays unpaid and no code is issued — send your transaction ID to support and it is reconciled against the order. Window closed: if the transaction lands after the payment window, the order is re-quoted at the current rate rather than cancelled.
Crypto payments are irreversible, so always send the exact amount on the network shown.
In-stock codes are released within 30 seconds of the network confirming your payment, to your account and your e-mail. Supplier-issued codes follow the moment the supplier returns them. Delivery is measured from confirmation, so a stablecoin on a fast chain is the quickest end-to-end route.
Gift cards are issued by the brand as a liability in a specific currency for a specific legal entity — Amazon UK, Sony US, and so on. The code is a claim on that entity's balance system, so a US-issued code has no record on a UK store. It is not a block GiftPayZo controls; it is how the brand's accounting works. That is why every product page has a region selector — match it to the account you will redeem on.
Follow the redemption steps on the product page (shown again with the delivered code): usually enter the code on the brand's website or app under "redeem" or "gift card". The balance appears in your account with that brand. Redeem promptly and keep the code inside your GiftPayZo account rather than forwarding it around.
Codes cannot be "un-issued" once revealed and crypto payments cannot be reversed, which is why the review screen shows everything before you send. The refund policy covers codes that fail verification; a card bought for the wrong region is not covered. Underpayments and mis-sent networks are handled case by case with the transaction ID.
Tiers apply by order size at checkout — no code needed: 5% from $20, 10% from $250. Promotional balance and promo codes stack on top, and the final price is always shown before you pay. Each 48-hour offer round restarts automatically when it ends.
Your wallet holds real balance (top-ups, refunds, gift-card sale earnings) and gift-card credit (the $5 welcome credit, referral rewards and the $200-milestone bonus). Real balance can be spent on any order or withdrawn; gift-card credit is spendable only on gift cards of $50 or more and is never withdrawable. Top-ups are 1:1 — add $50, get $50.
Share your personal link from Refer & earn. When your friend spends $200, $10 lands in your wallet and $10 in theirs — as many friends as you like.
Load your wallet with any supported cryptocurrency, verify your identity once, then withdraw real balance to your bank account — processed in about 5 minutes, no deduction on transfer. The bank form adapts to your country: UPI or IFSC in India, routing number in the US, sort code in the UK, IBAN across Europe and the Gulf, and so on.
Buying gift cards never needs verification. Withdrawing to a bank does, once — it is how GiftPayZo meets anti-money-laundering rules and protects your payout from being claimed by someone else. Upload one government photo ID from Profile & security; a person reviews it and you get an e-mail with the result.
The form asks only for what your country's domestic transfer system uses: India UPI ID or account + IFSC · US ABA routing + account · UK sort code + account · EU/UK/Gulf IBAN (+ BIC) · Australia BSB · Canada transit + institution · Mexico CLABE · Brazil PIX or agência/conta · Nigeria NUBAN · Kenya M-PESA or bank · Philippines bank or GCash/Maya · other countries SWIFT + account/IBAN. Details are stored encrypted and shown only to the payout team.
Yes. Choose the brand on the Sell page, pick the card's country and currency, enter only the details that card carries (a receipt is optional), review the estimated wallet credit and submit. After review the credit lands in your GiftPayZo wallet — our target is within 24 hours of submission — and you can then withdraw to a bank account or crypto wallet from Wallet. The deduction for each card is shown on the estimate before you submit.
Codes that are already redeemed, partially used, region-mismatched or fail the balance check are declined — verification protects buyers and sellers alike. You are told the reason in My sales.
Every page runs over 256-bit SSL. Gift-card codes are stored AES-256 encrypted and released only to the account that paid. Payments run through Coinavex, our own secure checkout, and are matched to your order automatically on the blockchain; GiftPayZo never asks for wallet keys. Fraud Shield runs device, velocity and identity checks; two-factor authentication and device history are available in your profile.
